Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Balance is Key
Omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids must be obtained from our diet, as we can’t make them on our own. Unless you eat 3 to 4 ounces of cold-water fish at least twice a week, you may not be getting the proper Omega-3 to Omega-6 ratio.
